LCA has a community of blessed and talented resources. Our engaged human capacity of about 20 staff undergoes continual time-tested training for development in relevant fields where the need is vital. Apart from the conventional university degree, several of our teaching staff pass through rigorous training from Coursera, Open Learn, Alison, Commonwealth Education Trust and so on. Ours is such a community that believes in what others have to offer, hence our inclusion and invitation of parents and guest to participate at times in our learning process through sharing and discussion.
